“We, the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid any more riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the blessings of debt free liberty to ourselves and our great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt-ridden, delusional and other liberal bed-wetters. We hold these truths to be self-evident: that whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim that they require a Bill of No Rights.”

ARTICLE I:
You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV or any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.

ARTICLE II:
You do not have the right to never be offended. This country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone — not just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different opinion, etc., but the world is full of idiots, and probably always will be … and like the rest of us you need to simply deal with it.

ARTICLE III:
You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives independently wealthy.
ARTICLE IV:
You do not have the right to free food and housing. Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional couch potatoes.

ARTICLE V:
You do not have the right to free health care. That would be nice, but from the looks of public housing, we’re just not interested in public health care.

ARTICLE VI:
You do not have the right to physically harm other people. If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don’t be surprised if the rest of us want to see you fry in the electric chair.

ARTICLE VII:
You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If you rob, cheat or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens, don’t be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in a place where you still won’t have the right to a big screen color TV, pool tables, weight rooms or a life of leisure.

ARTICLE VIII:
You don’t have the right to a job. All of us sure want you to have job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of part time jobs, education and vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful.

ARTICLE IX:
You do not have the right to happiness. Being an American means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness — which by the way, is a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an overabundance of idiotic laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights,”

ARTICLE X:
This is an English speaking country. We don’t care where you are from. We welcome you here. English is our language and like the one you left behind, we also have a culture. Learn it or go back to the country and the living conditions you were fleeing.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all. This is just as true of the man who puts “native” before the hyphen as of the man who puts German or Irish or English or French before the hyphen. Americanism is a matter of the spirit and of the soul. Our allegiance must be purely to the United States. We must unsparingly condemn any man who holds any other allegiance. But if he is heartily and singly loyal to this Republic, then no matter where he was born, he is just as good an American as any one else.

The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic. The men who do not become Americans and nothing else are hyphenated Americans; and there ought to be no room for them in this country. The man who calls himself an American citizen and who yet shows by his actions that he is primarily the citizen of a foreign land, plays a thoroughly mischievous part in the life of our body politic. He has no place here; and the sooner he returns to the land to which he feels his real heart-allegiance, the better it will be for every good American. There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

For an American citizen to vote as a German-American, an Irish-American, or an English-American, is to be a traitor to American institutions; and those hyphenated Americans who terrorize American politicians by threats of the foreign vote are engaged in treason to the American Republic.

Americanization

The foreign-born population of this country must be an Americanized population - no other kind can fight the battles of America either in war or peace. It must talk the language of its native-born fellow-citizens, it must possess American citizenship and American ideals. It must stand firm by its oath of allegiance in word and deed and must show that in very fact it has renounced allegiance to every prince, potentate, or foreign government. It must be maintained on an American standard of living so as to prevent labor disturbances in important plants and at critical times. None of these objects can be secured as long as we have immigrant colonies, ghettos, and immigrant sections, and above all they cannot be assured so long as we consider the immigrant only as an industrial asset. The immigrant must not be allowed to drift or to be put at the mercy of the exploiter. Our object is to not to imitate one of the older racial types, but to maintain a new American type and then to secure loyalty to this type. We cannot secure such loyalty unless we make this a country where men shall feel that they have justice and also where they shall feel that they are required to perform the duties imposed upon them. The policy of “Let alone” which we have hitherto pursued is thoroughly vicious from two stand-points. By this policy we have permitted the immigrants, and too often the native-born laborers as well, to suffer injustice. Moreover, by this policy we have failed to impress upon the immigrant and upon the native-born as well that they are expected to do justice as well as to receive justice, that they are expected to be heartily and actively and single-mindedly loyal to the flag no less than to benefit by living under it.

We cannot afford to continue to use hundreds of thousands of immigrants merely as industrial assets while they remain social outcasts and menaces any more than fifty years ago we could afford to keep the black man merely as an industrial asset and not as a human being. We cannot afford to build a big industrial plant and herd men and women about it without care for their welfare. We cannot afford to permit squalid overcrowding or the kind of living system which makes impossible the decencies and necessities of life. We cannot afford the low wage rates and the merely seasonal industries which mean the sacrifice of both individual and family life and morals to the industrial machinery. We cannot afford to leave American mines, munitions plants, and general resources in the hands of alien workmen, alien to America and even likely to be made hostile to America by machinations such as have recently been provided in the case of the two foreign embassies in Washington. We cannot afford to run the risk of having in time of war men working on our railways or working in our munition plants who would in the name of duty to their own foreign countries bring destruction to us. Recent events have shown us that incitements to sabotage and strikes are in the view of at least two of the great foreign powers of Europe within their definition of neutral practices. What would be done to us in the name of war if these things are done to us in the name of neutrality?

One America

All of us, no matter from what land our parents came, no matter in what way we may severally worship our Creator, must stand shoulder to shoulder in a united America for the elimination of race and religious prejudice. We must stand for a reign of equal justice to both big and small. We must insist on the maintenance of the American standard of living. We must stand for an adequate national control which shall secure a better training of our young men in time of peace, both for the work of peace and for the work of war. We must direct every national resource, material and spiritual, to the task not of shirking difficulties, but of training our people to overcome difficulties. Our aim must be, not to make life easy and soft, not to soften soul and body, but to fit us in virile fashion to do a great work for all mankind. This great work can only be done by a mighty democracy, with these qualities of soul, guided by those qualities of mind, which will both make it refuse to do injustice to any other nation, and also enable it to hold its own against aggression by any other nation. In our relations with the outside world, we must abhor wrongdoing, and disdain to commit it, and we must no less disdain the baseness of spirit which lamely submits to wrongdoing. Finally and most important of all, we must strive for the establishment within our own borders of that stern and lofty standard of personal and public neutrality which shall guarantee to each man his rights, and which shall insist in return upon the full performance by each man of his duties both to his neighbor and to the great nation whose flag must symbolize in the future as it has symbolized in the past the highest hopes of all mankind.

Stolen from Ted Nugent
Time to Level Playing Field for Gun Makers
By John R. Lott, Jr.*

Every product has illegitimate uses and undesirable consequences, but even lawsuits have had their limits. In 2002 in the U.S., car accidents killed 45,380 people and injured another 3 million, 838 children under the age of 15 drowned, 474 children died from residential fires, and 130 children died in bicycle accidents.

Fortunately, local governments haven’t started recouping medical costs or police salaries by suing auto or bicycle companies, pool builders or makers of home heaters.

All sorts of products, including cars and computers, are also used in the commission of crimes. But again, no one yet seriously proposes that these companies be sued for the losses from these crimes

People understand what makes a car useful for everyday life also makes it useful to escape a crime and that you can’t hold a car company liable for a product that’s working exactly as it should. They understand that the penalty should be on the person who uses the product improperly.

Yet suing manufacturers for costs cities incur from gun injuries and deaths is exactly the theory behind government lawsuits by cities against gun makers. George Soros, via the Brady Campaign, has funded most of these suits.

Last week, the House Judiciary Committee marked up their version of a bill to limit these suits, and the Senate will finally decide within the next couple of weeks whether these suits will continue. Last year the “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act” to rein in these suits was defeated when Democrats added amendments to extend the so-called assault weapons ban.

Generally, suits against gun makers haven’t had any more legal success than if similar suits had been brought against car companies. There have been some short term victories such as a decision last week by the D.C. Court of Appeals that will let the city sue makers of so-called “assault weapons” used in crime.

But while gun control advocates can dream about more such victories, the Brady Campaign had more practical goals: imposing large legal costs on gun makers. Even the largest gun companies make only a few million dollars in a good year. Those below the top 10 make just a few thousand guns a year and are usually family operations.

Obviously, bad things happen with guns. But the suits ignore that guns also prevent bad things by making it easier for victims to defend themselves. Unlike the tobacco suits, gun makers have powerful arguments about the benefits of gun ownership.

More than 450,000 crimes, including 10,800 murders, were committed with guns in 2002. But Americans also used guns defensively more than 2 million times that year, and more than 90 percent of the time merely brandishing the weapon was sufficient to stop an attack.

Police are important in reducing crime rates, but they virtually always arrive after a crime has been committed. When criminals confront people, resistance with a gun is by far the safest course of action. A 2004 survey found that 94% of 22,600 chiefs and sheriffs questioned thought that law-abiding citizens should be able to buy guns for self-defense.

My own research has found that increased gun ownership rates are associated with lower crime rates. Poor people in the highest crime areas benefit the most from owning guns. Lawsuits against gun makers will raise the price of firearms, which will most severely reduce gun ownership among the law-abiding, much-victimized poor.

Advocates for these suits claim that the gun makers make their weapons attractive to criminals through low price, easy concealability, corrosion resistance, accurate firing and high firepower. Lightweight, concealable guns may help criminals, but they also have helped protect law-abiding citizens and lower crime rates in the 46 states that to varying degrees allow concealed handguns.

Women benefit most and also find it easier to use smaller, lightweight guns. Poor victims benefit more than wealthier ones from the ability to protect themselves simply because they are more likely to be victims.

Some suits seek to hold gun makers liable because accidental deaths are “foreseeable” and not enough was done to make guns safe. Nationally, 31 children under 10 and 71 under 15 died from accidental gun deaths in 2001. Yet with 90 some million people owning more than 260 million guns, accidental deaths from guns are far less “foreseeable” than from many other products. Most gun owners must be very responsible or such gun accidents would be much more frequent.

Attempts to have the court system ignore a product’s benefits to society are bad enough. Even worse is the cynical attempt to file bogus lawsuits simply to impose massive legal costs and eventually try bankrupting legitimate companies.

Passing the “Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act” this month would still allow suits but would put gun makers on the same legal footing as other American manufacturers.

BY: Resa LaRu Kirkland

We hear it every other day—America needs the Mexicans to do the jobs that Americans won’t do anymore. It is just another lie meant to malign, degrade, and paint Americans as lazy, spoiled, and too high falutin’ to do “real” work anymore.

And, yes, I said it’s a lie. The jobs we work today have nothing to do with “won’t” and everything to do with “can’t.”

After all, we’re the real Americans…that means we have to pay for things that immigrants—including/especially illegals—get for free so long as they have a pulse and a sob story.

There’s free food, subsidized housing, reduced mortgages, food stamps, free medical and education, reduced tuition and suspension of out of state tuition fees—all of this is your reward for breaking the law, but only if you aren’t already an American. If you’re an American, forget about it; you have to pay your way through life. This is your reward for obeying the law.

Americans have to pay full price for their education, medical care, homes, and on top of that, our taxes go to pay for criminals—that is what illegal aliens are, make no mistake: they are criminals—who get all of that for little or even for nothing. This makes it possible—even easy—for them to work for $10 an hour or less. How many of us could afford to work for peanuts IF our homes, medical, food and education were all paid for? I know that the bulk of our bills are student loans and medical; take away those bills and you take away 90% of our debt. And I know too many people my age in the same boat…so calling it a national epidemic is probably an understatement.

Please tell me…how did we go from being the greatest nation on earth to the biggest sucker on earth? Compassion is one thing, but this is NOT compassion, this is lunacy. If the giver of the gift gives everything away, how is that helping the receiver? And for that matter, how is that helping the giver? We are a kind and good nation; we like the underdog, the little guy, the blood-and-guts fighter who will do anything to get to a free nation. I’ve always admired those who sacrifice so much to come to America. They are the ones who built us…they are what America is all about.
To pretend, however, that this is still the case isn’t just stupid, it is evil. Our borders are no longer seen as the last hope for oppressed people. They are used to destroy us. We can no longer perpetuate the idea that everyone coming in is good; quite the contrary. The desire to be part of the “great nation” is no longer the motivating force for far too many immigrants. Bringing America down has become at best a sport for nations and at worst a conspiracy between nations. One of the biggest reasons that Rome fell was the flipped pyramid—there were more being supported at the top than there were doing the supporting at the bottom. I’m no engineer, but even I know that such an unstable structure could never last. We are the new Rome, and heading, I fear, for the same fate.

Even the so-called “benign” immigrant—those who truly do just want to come here to better themselves—is destroying us. They still use and abuse our social programs to the point that many hospitals have closed and many states are bankrupt. They just want to eat, to live, like all of us…I understand that. But we are drowning now, and if we don’t save ourselves, then everyone dies.

We can’t do it, people, we simply can’t do it. And beyond that, we shouldn’t have to be doing what the leaders of greedy regimes won’t even do for their own people. I know this is a hard thing, but it is a necessary thing. We have to do it; it is not wrong to save or defend ourselves from fiscal abuse and malevolent cults. It is OK to do it, so let’s do it now. It isn’t racist, cruel, or even against nature for an overburdened animal to shrug off the mantle and care for itself.

Look, we’d all just love it if our way could be paid. It is natural for all animals to seek the path of least resistance. But what makes us more than mere animals is our ability to overcome adversity and even thrive. This is what builds men—this is what builds nations, good nations. If we continue in this suicidal direction, the oppressed of the world won’t have to worry about whether or not we’re racist—their race in this life will be over, and there will be no America to save them then. Is that the goal—no America? It is the ambition of our enemies; they don’t need our help. Let’s at least deprive them of that.

Keep the faith, bros, and in all things courage.

Due to the fact that this man is all powerful and my idol, just go check his site out

Gene Simmons is very intelligent and talented and Shannon Tweed is very lucky but she must be an exceptional woman.

I am stealing some of his words

Pacifism is a beautiful word. No one wants war. Not you. Not I. But, the most passionate Pacifist is only relatively so. What I mean is, it’s easy to be a Pacifist here in America. That’s because Hussein and other menaces are far away. The closer a gun is pointed to your head, the less of a Pacifist you are…the more you’re interested in stopping the guy pointing the gun to your head.

………………………………….
Being a Pacifist, is an ideal. I subscribe to it. I’m against violence. But, only CONCEPTUALLY, if you threaten my children, I wouldn’t think twice about snapping your neck on the spot. I suspect most people would take my view.

You can’t argue with facts and figures. Either people want it, in which case they pay for it, or it’s two guys sitting around at the Plaza having a discussion, which means nothing. I mean, Titanic. I wasn’t crazy about the movie. But you know what? I’m gonna shut up, because the people have spoken. End of story!

My mother had a horrific life. At fourteen, she was in the Nazi concentration camps. Her sense about life now is, every day above ground is a good day. Just make yourself happy and don’t hurt yourself. Make yourself happy.

Kiss is the number-one American band in gold-record sales. In the world, only the Beatles and the Stones are ahead of us. Every other band should be wiping my ass. The line forms over there to the left.

Prostitute yourself. As far as I’m concerned, that’s even braver than waiting for the public to catch on.

I want more guys like Kurt Cobain and Jerry Garcia to become dried-up drug addicts and kill themselves. I totally defend all these rock stars’ right to become heroin addicts and die. I want them all to die and get out of my way.

Up until the Asians started doing better in math, the Jews were the geniuses of the world! Einstein and almost every Nobel prize—forget about it, they’re Jews! And that’s because we don’t play basketball. We study.

Anybody who picks up a guitar and tells you that there’s some inner message that they’re trying to convey . . . it’s nonsense. They’re not being honest. The reason they’re doing this is they wanna get lots of chicks and they don’t want to work for a living.

There’s no message! Kiss is a Fourth of July fireworks show with a backbeat.

People say, “I want to get laid a lot and make lots of money.” That’s not the right order.

Dress British, think Yiddish.

A whore, in my estimation, has more credibility than a wife, and I’ll tell you why. A wife is supposed to marry you for love. A whore is not there for love, she’s there to service you. Now, the difference between them is a whore, before she does her work, will tell you exactly what it is. She’ll tell you, “Blow job? This’ll cost you seventy-five dollars. This is not love, and after I’m done I never want to see you again.” Full disclosure is what they call it in court. A wife will tell you shit. A wife will tell you nothing. She’s about to marry you. If you get divorced, she’s going to take 50 percent of your gross pretax dollars and try to get more. Now, before you get married, if you dare bring up the notion, “By the way, let’s just be completely honest with each other, what happens if we break up?” she will cry and tell you, “That’s so unromantic.” You know who’s more credible? The whore.

“You can’t buy love with money.” Only a poor person says that.

Just because I’m Jack Nicholson in the insane asylum doesn’t mean I’m one of them. It’s just where I live. You know, it’s . . . I’m Gene Simmons, and all the others are pretenders to the throne. I love that phrase. I’m gonna love reading that back.

If you’re building a house, or doing anything, time is what you’ve got. Well, there’s effort, but you need time. The more time you put into something, the better stuff you can make. So, what I do is, I work seven days a week. I don’t take vacations. Never have, actually. So I can put in more time. And I’m sober. I don’t sleep all that much, but when I do, it’s sound.

When you go into a restaurant and you ask a chef to make you a spinach soufflé, do you really care whether he personally likes spinach soufflés? No! It’s his job to make you the best spinach soufflé you’ve ever had, whether he likes it or not. I’d like to think I’m a chef. I’m gonna make you the best goddamn spinach soufflé you ever had, you’ll pay me for it, and I’ll be happy you did.

You shall not covet thy neighbor’s wife? Well, how about if she goddamn covets me? What do you think about that?

I think Christians are wrong. They’re wrong because you’re not judged by your actions, you’re judged by your beliefs, which is to say that if you’re Hitler and right before you die, you say, “Jesus, I’m sorry,” you get a better chance of going to heaven than the millions of people you killed.

The Koran is actually a beautiful book. Some of it has some good ideas. But practically speaking, these guys are out of their minds.

You gotta hang on to life. You can let them drag you kicking and screaming off this earth, or you can sit with your colostomy bag and watch CNN. This old bastard who married Anna Nicole Smith? I get it. What are you gonna do, hang out with Grandma? Biology says you shouldn’t. Biology says, “Get a young one.”

I think I know it all, relatively speaking.

My mother used to say this to me when I was a kid: “I’d throw myself in front of a truck for you.” Over and over again. I didn’t know what the hell she was talking about. “What do you mean, you want to throw . . . you’ll die.” I say that to my kids now.

My last meal? A Double Whopper and a Linzer tart.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida’s crime rate dropped for the 14th straight year in 2005 to its lowest mark since 1971 because of tougher laws, increased financial support from the Legislature and law-abiding citizens with guns, Gov. Jeb Bush said Tuesday.

“This report shows that staying tough on crime works,” said Bush. “Law abiding citizens that have guns for protection actually probably are part of the reason we have a lower crime rate.”

The crime rate, compiled by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, decreased 3.7 percent from 4,855 crimes per 100,000 people in 2004 to 4,677 crimes per 100,000 people last year. The total included 881 murders, 12,230 rapes and 75,204 vehicle thefts.

In 2005, the state’s law enforcement agencies reported 838,063 crimes compared to 850,490 in 2004, a 1.5 percent decrease.

Last year Bush signed a bill that allows people who feel threatened on the street, in a bar, at a ball game — or just about anywhere — to “meet force with force” to defend themselves without fear of being prosecuted.

“You send a real powerful signal when you know the citizen has a good potential of being armed and doesn’t have to back off anymore,” said John Birch, president of the Illinois-based Concealed Carry, Inc.

Opponents, however, have said the idea would legalize shootouts in the streets.

A telephone message left for comment after hours with the The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence in Washington, D.C. was not immediately returned.

Bush said he was concerned about the number of murders in the Jacksonville and Orlando areas, where there have already been 120 homicides this year.

FDLE chief Jerry Bailey said he has assigned seven agents to help Jacksonville officials with the troubling increase in murders and is working with law enforcement in central Florida on forming a task force.

The number of violent crimes in 2005 increased statewide by 1.7 percent although the rate dropped 0.6 percent and nonviolent crime decreased by 4.2 percent. Violent crimes are murder, forcible sex offenses, robbery and aggravated assault.

Reports of domestic violence were up slightly and those incidents accounted for more than a fourth of the reported violent crimes and one-fifth of all murders, according to FDLE.

“The people that commit the majority of the crimes are habitual offenders,” Bush said. “They’re the ones that commit a crime after crime after crime.”

For the second straight year, authorities made more than one million arrests. The 1,056,121 arrests in 2005 represented a 2.6 percent increase.

Drug arrests continued to increase, going from 150,334 to 160,649. Last year they increased nearly 10 percent
This is so awesome

Every state needs to have this law

Imagine if every victim was able to defend themselves against murderers and rapists and robbers

We should be able to stand our ground in our homes and in public

Career criminals deserved to be beaten up badly or put away forever

Our governement refuses to put bad people away

Many take bribes and let child molestors out within a couple years

Theodore Roosevelt
“In the first place we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin.

But this is predicated upon the man’s becoming in very fact an American and nothing but an American…

There can be no divided allegiance here.

Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn’t an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag, and this excludes the red flag, which symbolizes all wars against liberty and civilization, just as much as it excludes any foreign flag of a nation to which we are hostile…We have room for but one language here,

and that is the English language…
